  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, finely chopped

  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional, for coating)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Mixture

In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 (8-ounce) package of softened cream cheese, 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup of finely chopped cooked bacon, 1/4 cup of finely chopped green onions, 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Mix until well combined.

Step 2: Form the Bites

Use a small cookie scoop or spoon to portion out the mixture. Roll each portion into bite-sized balls.

Step 3: Optional Coating

If desired, roll each cheese ball in 1/2 cup of chopped pecans to coat the outside.

Step 4: Chill the Bites

Arrange the cheese balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
