    • ½ oz Baileys Irish Cream

    • ½ oz Butterscotch Schnapps

    • ½ oz Coconut Rum

    • ½ oz Pineapple Juice

    • Whipped Cream for topping

Instructions


Step 1: Chill Your Glass
Pop a martini glass or small tumbler in the freezer for 5 minutes to get it nice and frosty.

Step 2: Measure Ingredients
Using a jigger, measure ½ oz each of Baileys, Butterscotch Schnapps, Coconut Rum, and Pineapple Juice.

Step 3: Shake It Up
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake well for about 15 seconds until chilled and smooth.

Step 4: Strain and Pour
Strain into your chilled glass. Use a fine mesh strainer if you want it extra smooth.
