Coffee & Coconut Rum Cooler is a smooth and refreshing cocktail that combines the bold kick of coffee with the tropical sweetness of coconut rum

Ingredients

Scale

1.5 oz coconut rum

1 oz coffee liqueur (e.g., Kahlúa)

2 oz cold brew coffee or chilled espresso

1 oz coconut milk or cream

Ice

Shaved coconut or coffee beans for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Fill a shaker with ice.

  • Add coconut rum, coffee liqueur, cold brew (or espresso), and coconut milk or cream.

  • Shake well until chilled and smooth.

  • Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.

 

  • Garnish with shaved coconut or a few coffee beans if desired.

For the best flavor, use strong cold brew or freshly pulled espresso—this enhances the coffee kick and balances beautifully with the creamy coconut.
