Blue Bottom Layer:
½ oz coconut rum
½ oz blue curaçao
Ice cubes
Pink Top Layer:
½ oz vodka
½ oz raspberry liqueur
¼ oz fresh lime juice
Ice cubes
Garnish:
Tiny pineapple wedge or a sliver of fresh strawberry
Chill the Shot Glasses
Place your shot glasses in the freezer for 5–10 minutes. This helps keep the layers distinct and ensures a crisp, refreshing shot.
Prepare the Blue Bottom Layer
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add coconut rum and blue curaçao.
Shake well for 10 seconds until chilled.
Strain into shot glasses, filling halfway.
Create the Pink Top Layer
Rinse the shaker and add fresh ice.
Add vodka, raspberry liqueur, and fresh lime juice.
Shake again for 10 seconds until cold.
Layer the Shot
Hold a spoon upside down just above the blue layer.
Slowly pour the pink mixture over the back of the spoon to float it on top.
Garnish and Serve
Add a small wedge of pineapple or a slice of strawberry to the rim for a tropical twist.
