Ingredients
1 oz coconut rum
1 oz pineapple juice
1 oz blue curaçao
Splash of grenadine (for layering)
Ice
Pineapple wedge and cherry, for garnish
Instructions
Shake – In a cocktail shaker, combine coconut rum, pineapple juice, blue curaçao, and ice. Shake well until chilled.
Pour – Strain into a shot glass.
Layer – Gently add a splash of grenadine. It will sink and create a beautiful, tropical gradient.
Garnish – Top with a pineapple wedge and a cherry for that perfect island-style finish.
Notes
For an ultra-layered look, pour the grenadine slowly over the back of a spoon.
Chill your shot glasses in advance to keep your drinks crisp and refreshing.
You can make a large batch and pour into individual shot glasses before guests arrive!
