½ cup Boiling Water
½ cup Blue Curacao
Instructions
- Pour the water into a plastic measuring cup and microwave until it comes to a boil.
- Add the Knox gelatin and stir until dissolved.
- Next add the Gatorade, Mountain Dew, and Blue Curacao. Stir until combined.
- Pour mixture into shot glasses or small cups and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
- Garnish with whipped cream and a cherry if desired, and serve cold.
