1 cup Jolly Rancher candies (watermelon flavor)

1 tablespoon sugar

1 tablespoon water

Instructions

  • Cut the watermelon in half lengthwise with a sharp knife for a clean, stable base.

  • Scoop the flesh into small, round balls using a melon baller or spoon. Place them in a large bowl.

  • In a saucepan, combine rum, Jolly Rancher candies, sugar, and water. Heat over low to medium, stirring often, until the candies dissolve completely (about 5–7 minutes).

  • Remove from heat and let the mixture cool for a few minutes.

  • Pour the cooled Jolly Rancher rum mixture over the watermelon balls, ensuring they’re fully submerged.

  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours—or overnight for the most flavor!
